We accept payments through credit cards and ACH transfers via Authorize.net. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) in connection with any purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.

10. Warranty
All products manufactured by Julian & Sons are guaranteed to be free of defect including and limited to failure of finish, failure of hardware, or any structural component for a period of one year from date of purchase unless otherwise noted in contract. All warranty items shall be replaced or reconditioned at the discretion of Julian & Sons on a case by case basis. Any claims under this warranty shall be in writing and sent to via certified mail, return receipt requested so as to be received within thirty (30) days after the expiration of this warranty. Product must be maintained in a climate-controlled environment of 70 degrees Fahrenheit and 50% humidity. Any and all custom hardware will not be warrantied as they are a work of art.
JULIAN & SONS HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND YOU WAIVE ANY AND ALL (1) DA MAGE TO, OR DEFECTS IN, THE PRODUCTS THAT RESULT, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, F ROM ABUSE OR NEGLECT BY OTHERS, ACTS OF GOD, OR OTHER CAUSES NOT WITHIN J ULIAN & SONS’ REASONABLE CONTROL AND (2) IMPLIED WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF GOOD WORKMANSHIP, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE.
11. Legal
No claims, representations or warranties, whether expressed or implied, are made by Julian & Sons or our Distributors as to the safety, reliability, durability and performance of any of our companies’ products. Furthermore, our company accepts no liability whatsoever for the safety, reliability, durability, and performance of any of our companies’ products.
In no event shall our company be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of our products.
